Go to a gym and is most guys who do split routines body. They train five
to six times a week ... a muscle a day ... go to failure on each set in order
to motivate ... and the use of at least ten training exercises isolation hit
all the muscles from all angles. I'm sure this sounds familiar.
Many guys think that they will build muscle with these routines of the
broken body because of what they have read in a muscle magazine. Or because
they have seen how a guy ripped follow the gym, and they expect to get the same
results if they cause the exact same way - monkey see, monkey do.
In fact, most guys are never going to build muscle body split routines.
Worse, they are exactly the same five years later, there are few to win muscle

Genetic Freaks - Some guys are going to build muscle to split routines
DESPITE body, not because of them. They are genetically blessed. I've seen guys
that were taken even before muscle and reach a weight. Not to sound rascist,
but this is quite common with blacks. However, unless you are born lucky with
the genetic superman, forget strength training routines with the broken body.
Steroid users - Drugs are very common among relievers, but some types
are honest about it. Before I had my home gym, I trained five years in a
commercial gym and more than half of the boys were drugs. That's why they were
able to build muscle without split routines shit - it's because they depend on
hormones muscle building that is injected into your body to gain muscle not
their releases relievers as training.Drug we will not get away with it, we play
with different rules.
Advanced lifting - Most best bodybuilders belong to this group. They
used the split to chisel their physical routines ... AFTER early building
muscle mass by the increasingly heavy spending. Unfortunately, most of the guys
have put the cart before the horse ... and this is like a sculptor trying to
carve a masterpiece of a small lump of clay - they simply do not have enough
mass to work. Similarly, split routines will not work unless you have spent
years building muscle mass. We also need to have a strong first .. That's what
this means: If you are a to the mean, or worse, the ugly as genetic drug
free, then building muscle comes down to this ...
